Above is the banner for a Post of mine from April 4, 2020, my fourth under the subject-heading of ‘COVID-19’ in the Flipping the Script blog on the donpaulwearerev.com website. (1)

By then Bill Gates had assumed, somehow, the status of Expert on the ‘Global Pandemic’ that the United Nations’ World Health Organization had declared on March 11. Bill Gates III was again a Readily Identifiable Villain.

One month before its usefully diabolical ‘Global Pandemic’ declaration, on February 9, 2020, the WHO had given the name ‘COVID-19’ to the ‘novel coronavirus’ then appearing to ravage thousands of Wuhan City in the People’s Republic of China.

And one month before this naming, the WHO’s neighbor in Geneva, Switzerland,,the World Economic Forum, had headlined its annual Davos Meeting with warnings about just such. a ‘Global Health Emergency’ as was forthwith unfolding. In fact, the WEF and Harvard (the Harvard Global Health Institute) had been warning We Masses since January 2019. Somehow! Institutions can foretell the future that they make happen! The 21st-century Drive-It-Anywhere Reliable, ‘Committed to Improving the State of the World’ WEF! (2)

And, as many of us already knew in early April of 2020, the WEF and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation had co-sponsored with the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security ‘Event 201’ less than half-a-year earlier, in October 2019. This timely foretaste was ‘table-top exercise’ that plotted responses … to a ‘global pandemic’ from a ‘novel coronavirus … that was projected to kill 65 million people. (3)

Oh, and on September of 2019, another Gates’-initiated Alliance, the ID2020 Alliance, held its annual meeting in New York City and announced its ‘partnership’ with Governments of the Nation of Bangladesh and the City of Austin: New-born in. Bangladesh and homeless in Austin would be injected with ‘vaccines’ that carried Radio-Frequency I-D chips. What a boon! The involuntary victims would serve as models for “closing the Identity Gap” … for those unaware that his or her identity had such a gap. Please the Big Dots in my Post of April 4, 2020. (4)

Bill Gates was thus a Perfect Inheritor for David Rockefeller’s role as spokesperson for Centralized Technology deployed for Lifelong Enslavement,

Bill Gates III is Dee-Pop-U-Lator II. He depopulator for the 21st century as David Rockefeller—born 1915 and died 2017—was for his family’s generations of Foundations, Councils, and ‘Science.’

In fact, Bill Gates’ dad, Bill Gates Senior to Gates III, had said in the year 2000, upon his visiting the Rockefeller University campus to discuss 'Philanthropy in a Global Century'that the then nascent Gates Foundation had started its Global Alliance for Vaccination and Immunization (GAVI) through Rockefeller models.

“Taking our lead and our inspiration from work already done by The Rockefeller Foundation, our foundation actually started GAVI by pledging $750 million to something called the Global Fund for Children’s Vaccines, an instrument of GAVI.’” Gates Senior also praised the Rockefeller family’s century of philanthropy, ‘It seems like every new corner we turn, the Rockefellers are already there. And in some cases, they have been there for a long, long time.” ‘  The second Bill Gates is quoted in a Post of mine from February 8, 2021, when rebellions were robust around the world at Lockdowns and ‘vaccines’ (5)

Ten Black Children Are Irradiated in Indiana

In 1928 Vertus Wellborn Hardiman was five years old. He was growing up in the town of Lyles Station, Indiana.

Lyles Station, a former "Freedom Village" on the Underground Railroad, was a small and out-of-the-way community near southern Indiana's border with Kentucky. Here's an excerpt from Wikipedia's summary.  'Lyles Station is one of Indiana's early black rural settlements and the only one remaining. The rural settlement reached its peak in the years between 1880 and 1912, when major structures in the community included the railroad depot, a post office, a lumber mill, two general stores, two churches, and a school. By the turn of the twentieth century, Lyles Station had fifty-five homes, with a population of more than 800 people.'

One morning in 1928 officials at the Consolidated School introduced students to a tool meant to remove ringworm. Vertus Hardiman and nine other Black children were subjected to "a beam" of radiation focused on the crowns of their craniums. The "beam" burned then. It burned for many years afterward.

Riding away from Consolidated on their schoolbus, all ten children who had been irradiated that day held their heads, screamed, and vomited.

Vertus Wellborn Hardiman lived till 2007 and age 85. Graduating with honors from Lincoln High School in Indiana, Spring of 1941, he soon moved to southern California for better employment and for better care of the necrosis to his skull. He began work at the County of Los Angeles General Hospital. He wore a wig or a cap to hide his head-wound. He changed bandages to the wound at least once a day. He served at the Hospital for more than five decades; urged young people to get a good education; and kept his secret.

His steady saving amassed an astounding working-class person's fortune of $8 million by his 70th birthday in 1993. His final church was the First AME (African Methodist Episcopal Church) in Pasadena. In this church's choir he met Wilbert Smith, Ph.D, a counselor to youth across California. One day, Wilbert Smith recalls, Vertus came to him, "sobbing uncontrollably", and unburdened the essence of that which he'd hidden for more than a half-century.

"Five years old," Vertus told Wilbert, "I was experimented on."

Wilbert Smith and Brett Leonard have told Vertus' story in a documentary film that's titled "Hole in the Head: A Life Revealed".  Released four years after Vertus' passing, "Hole in the Head" received awards from several Festivals in 2011.

Vertus and his nine schoolmates were victimized into lifetimes of pain. They, woe to say, are a handful among hundreds unto thousands and perhaps millions "experimented on" in the United States and elsewhere across the civilized West. Vertus suffered the "beam" when the reputed 'science' of Eugenics was funded with millions from the Rockefeller and Carnegie Foundations and endorsed through Universities such as Stanford. We can see the same families and institutions prescribing 'Population Control' after World War II. A History of Horrors: Eugenics from England to the USA to Nazi Germany

Vertus suffered the "beam" when the reputed 'science' of Eugenics was funded with millions from the Rockefeller and Carnegie Foundations and endorsed through Universities such as Stanford. We can see the same families and institutions prescribing 'Population Control' after World War II. In the 21st century they've promoted  'Lockstep' and 'Lockdown' to combat simulated 'Plagues' such as  the 'novel coronavirus', COVID 19, of 2020.

The experiments "on" children in Lyles Station went hand-in-hand with programs of 'Eugenics' that were proudly promoted by Governments in the United States, Britain, and Germany from the late 19th century into the 1930s.

The supposed science of 'Eugenics' posited that the human species could be improved through culling of 'unfit' men, women and children. Sir Francis Galton, a cousin of Charles Darwin, invented the term and its supposed science in 1883. Galton defined 'eugenics' as: 'the science of improvement of the human race germ plasm through better breeding.'

Yes, you read that right: a 'science' of improving 'the human race germ plasm' through 'better breeding.' Sir Francis said further: 'Eugenics is the study of agencies under social control that may improve or impair the racial qualities of future generations, whether physically or mentally.' (2)

'Eugenics' and its 'agencies under social control' were thus elitists' wish-dream. Sir Winston Churchill was one Director of the First International Congress of Eugenics, held in London, England, 1912. The second Congress of Eugenics took place in New York City, 1921, year of the founding of the Council on Foreign Relations. This second Congress admired work done at the Cold Harbor Research Facility, funded by tax-evading arms of the Rockefeller, Carnegie and Harriman family fortunes. A central part of the Cold Harbor Facility was the Eugenics Recording Office and its data on the presumable worthiness of millions of U.S. citizens.

The Cold Harbor Research Facility and its rationales were also admired by Adolf Hitler.

'The Horrifying Roots of Nazi Genetics ' by Edwin Black, author of IBM and the Holocaust and War Against the Weak: Eugenics and America's Campaign to Create a Master Race, quotes the mustached future Fuhrer. ' "I have studied with great interest," he told a fellow Nazi, "the laws of several American states concerning prevention of reproduction by people whose progeny would, in all probability, be of no value or be injurious to the racial stock." ' (3)

Ostensible research and supposed 'scientific' findings preceded U. S. states' laws and methods. In 1911 the Carnegie Institution funded a study whose title was: 'Preliminary Report of the Committee of the Eugenic Section of the American Breeder's Association to Study and to Report on the Best Practical Means for Cutting Off the Defective Germ-Plasm in the Human Population.'

Yes, you read that right, too: the Eugenic Section of the American Breeders Associaiton  Breeders' study treated the Human Population as cattle.

One means offered to improve our species' stock, method number 8 in the Eugenic ... Breeders' list, was 'euthanasia.'

Seven years later, 1918, one scientist supported by Carnegie, Rockefeller and Harriman money, Dr. Paul Popenoe, a specialist in venereal disease for the U.S. Army during World War I, co-wrote a textbook that became widely taught in colleges also funded by Carnegie's, Rockefeller's and other robber barons' millions. This textbook's title was: Applied Eugenics.

The textbook of which Popenoe was co-author cited mass-execution as a method for keeping a society's stock strong. 'Its value in keeping up the standard of the race should not be underestimated.' (4)

Leading moguls' funding of eugenicist institutions in Britain, Germany, and the U.S. bore fruit at 1932's third International Congress of Eugenics, held in New York City . Investment-bankers Prescott Bush and Averill Harriman (also brethren from Yale University's secret-society Skull and Bones) gave German doctor Ernest Rudin and other Nazis free passage to this Congress aboard their Hamberg/Amerika shipping-line. Dr. Rudin, a psychiatrist, had previously enjoyed more than $325,000 in funding by the Rockefeller Foundation to Berlin's Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Genealogy and Demography, according to Stefan Kuhl's 1994 book from the Oxford University Press The Nazi Connection: Eugenics, American Racism, and German National Socialism. (8)

The 1932 Congress elected Dr. Rudin to be President of the International Federation of Eugenics Societies. Dr. Rudin soon afterward wrote Nazi Germany's 'Law for the Prevention of Hereditary Diseases' and thus became author of the forced sterilization of more than 250,000 of the 'unfit.' (9)

In 1940 the intertwined cartels of Nazi Germany's I. G. Farben and the Rockefeller family's Standard Oil agreed to employ slave-labor from the Nazis' concentration-camp at Auschwitz for production at the Silesian-American mine in Poland. (10) Prescott Bush and Averill Harriman and their Union Bank partnered with Nazi financier Fritz Thyssen at the Silesian-American plant into August 1942, nine months after Japan attacked Pearl Harbor. Bush's and Harriman's business at Auschwitz was stopped only by the United States' Trading with the Enemy Act. (11)

'Eugenics' Becomes 'Population Control' after World War II

'Eugenics' and its mass sterilizations were precedents supporting the prison-camp Holocausts that murdered at least eleven million Catholics, Communists, Poles, Jews, Roma, Slavs, Jehovah's Witnesses, handicapped and homosexual people during World War II. (12)

Footage of horrific mass-murder and starvation at these camps played widely on newsreels after the war.

Somehow, however, leading plutocrats in North Carolina and elsewhere instituted the 'Human Betterment League of North Carolina' in 1947. This League, its name reminiscent of Dr. Rudin's 'German Society for Race Hygiene', was founded by James Hanes (yes, of the family famous for hosiery and underwear), Dr. Clarence Gamble (of Proctor & Gamble) and Alice Shelton Gray (of R. J. Reynolds Tobacco).

The Human Betterment League proceeded to sterilize hundreds of Black women in Winston- Salem alone over the next 27 years (yes, into 1974), according to Kevin Begos' 2002 'Against Their Will' series in the Winston-Salem Journal. (13)

Other advocates of 'Eugenics' adopted new names and ostensible policies after World War II.

John D. Rockefeller, eldest grandson of the founder of Standard Oil and eldest son of the donor of the United Nations' site in New York City, co-founded the Population Council with former Nazi attorney and future U.S. Secretary of State John Foster Dulles in 1952. The Eugenics Society moved its offices from Yale University to share quarters with the Population Council in Manhattan. The former head of the Eugenics Society, Frederick Osborn, his family partnered for decades with Rockefellers in the supposed 'science', became President of the Population Council.

A corollary effort, Planned Parenthood, one that attracted lawyer and Judge William Gates, Sr or II, as a Director, grew out of both the Society and the Council.In 1937 Frederick Osborn had praised Nazi Germany's mass-sterilization programs as "apparently excellent." 'Recent developments in Germany constitute the most important experiment that has ever been tried,' Osborn wrote then. In 1968 Osborn recommended guises. His book The Future of Human Heredity stated: 'The goals of eugenics are most likely to be attained under a name other than eugenics.' (14)

The video "Population Control: The Eugenics Connection" recounts old and new eugenicists' transition to terms and measures that are supposed urgent for human beings and our environment. Its latter half focuses on the United Nations and the Rockefeller family.

Rockefeller, introduced by New York City Mayor Rudloph Giuliani at the ceremony to honor his family's bequests, says: "The United Nations can and should play an essential role in helping the world find a satisfactory way of stabilizing world population." He goes on to reference the 'Earth Summit' of two years earlier, 1992, in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil and this Summit's emphasis on 'sustainable development.' "It was pointed out at the Conference that growth is most efficiently managed by the private sector ... And once again the United Nations should certainly be among the catalysts and coordinator of this process."

David Rockefeller advises: 1) The United Nations should help to reduce the Earth's human population and 2) the United Nations should help "the private sector" gain control of individual nations' economies. WEF-Dom in a word!

Seven Winners of a Eugenicist’s Medal for Philanthropy. And Their Progress

On December 11, 2001, three months to the monthly number after “ ‘9/11’ “ started the ‘War on Terror’, the second Bill Gates millionaire of Seattle, father of Microsoft’s Bill Gates, attended a ceremony at New York City’s main Public Library. Bill Gates Senior was among seven awarded the first Andrew Carnegie Medal of Philanthropy.

Among the honored: Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Bill Gates III and his father were in 2001 already partnered with David Rockefeller in delivering millions of ‘vaccines’ to the developing world.

One year earlier, John D. Jr. authorized attack by Colorado National Guard on striking miners nearby Trinidad. The attacked killed at least 69, including at least 15 women and children.

Today, November 4, the Israel Defense Forces attacked the largest Hospital in the Gaza Strip and several School and and killed more than 20 more civilians of the near 10,000 who have died under bombing since October 8.

The Gates and Rockefeller families and World Economic Forum Strategic Partners continue to be leading profiteers from mass-murder. The Website Eyes on the Times offer these summaries.

‘Five of the top six global defense corporations are based in the U.S. They are Lockheed Martin, RTX (formerly Raytheon), Northrop Grumman, Boeing and General Dynamics. All five have long sold weapons to Israel ,,,,

These five companies took in an astounding $196 billion in military-related revenue in 2022….

The top shareholders in these five defense companies largely consist of big asset managers, or big banks with asset management wings, that include BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street, Fidelity, Capital Group, Wellington, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Newport Trust Company, Longview Asset Management, Massachusetts Financial Services Company, Geode Capital, and Bank of America.’

In May of 2003, Bill Gates, co-founder of Microsft, talked with Bill Moyers on PBS . Gates spoke enthusiastically about a 'macrobicide' that his Foundation was trying in Africa. It was (and is) "a gel that a woman uses to block sexual transmission without the male even knowing that it's being used, ideally," the younger Gates said. (19)

On May 5, 2009 Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, and David Rockefeller convened a secret meeting of billionaires that drew many of their long-time partners: Soros, Turner, Michael Bloomberg, Peter G. Peterson, Oprah Winfrey, Eli Broad, ...' The meeting became public news two weeks later due to Irishcentral online. The London Times then revealed that the billionaires had 'agreed that overpopulation was a priority.'

Subsequently. the London Times wrote, 'a consensus emerged that they would back a strategy in which population growth would be tackled as a potentially disastrous environmental, social and industrial threat.' (20)

Eugenics Lives under Sky-Blue Guises

We have an awful past yoked to our present and our future. 'Eugenics' under its own name and under sky-blue guises of 'Health' and 'Development', such as the United Nations', remains an active pathology.

In November of 2011, the Wellcome Library in England was 'delighted to announce' that it is 'digitising ... one of the most popular archive collections: the papers of the Eugenics Society.' (29) This Eugenics Archive, 1840-2008, remains in place.

Wellcome pharmaceuticals in the 21st century was absorbed into GlaxoSmithKline, the $80-billion, GSK, a UK-based Corporation, was the guity-party payer of the largest fine ever exacted from a Corporation for 'health-care fraud' in the U.S., $3 billion in 2012.

In 2012, North Carolina’s State Library maintained this assessment of it ‘Eugencis program.’ 'The twentieth century was a time of great progress for North Carolina. New scientific advancements helped to steadily advance the health of the citizens, but the state hoped to improve their health further by establishing state-wide programs. One of the largest of these was the Eugenics program, in which the state hoped to increase the quality of health in future generations of North Carolinians by controlling who was allowed to procreate.'

In 2012, following a mandate from the Institute of Medicine of the Department of Health and Human Services, the Obama Administration began to offer free sterilization to college-age women. (31) Last November, too, a law allowing vaccination of 12-year-olds in California, without parental knowledge or consent, Senate Assembly Bill 499, was signed by Democrat Jerry Brown. (32)

Over in Australia, also in March, Western Australia's Mental Health Commission proposed a Bill allowing forced sterilization of Aboriginal children without parental consent. (33)

Ah, but the Tolls of 2020 into 2023 May Compel Rebellion for a Century that We Masses Create for Each Other

By February 2021 tens of millions round the world rebelled at the roll-out of billions of ‘vaccines’ for “ ‘COVID-19’ “, as the same time as millions more refused the nonsense of ‘Lockdowns.’ The Post above, third in the ‘Refusing the Great Reset’ series reviews our revolts in many Nations. This Post about ‘Monsters’ noted, of course, Klaus Schwab’s admitted “mentor” and Rockefeller interests’ operative, Henry Kissinger, and this Dr.’s decades of making mass-murder his recommended policies.

Ah, but Policies and Lies have fallen afoul of Grievous Realities in our COVID years. By Spring of 2022 even the United Nations’ WHO admitted that ‘Excess Deaths’ since the ‘vaccinations’ began exceeded more than 15 million of the ‘vaccinated.’ The toll of mass deaths and injuries was greater, too, than the first two years of World War II.

That is, the WEF’s Soft War was killing more that NAZI’s and Fascists’ Hard War.

Enough of such War! Enough of Monsters who only feed from War!

Vertus Wellborn Hardiman’s Example Is a Shining Light. Our Century!

“My story is our story.” Vertus tells his interviewer in "Hole in the Head: A Life Revealed".

Vertus may never have foreseen the depredations visited on humanity by “ ‘COVID-19’ “ and its ‘vaccines.’ He knew nine other schoolchildren in Lyles Station, Indiana, all ten struck by “the beam”, but he may never have imagined 5.7 billion people on Earth injected with shots that are, the makers knew and know, worse than useless at their best. These shots were and are not “experiments’. They were and are intruments for profit in their least malign intention.

Vertus’ fortitude, compassion, and accomplishments are nonetheless lessons for us now. He never retreated. He worked and gave his adult life long. He refused to not win the life he wanted.

So we can win now! We deserve to win! All our suffering and genius deserve to win the universal prosperity that OUR inventions and our labor offer. This is OUR century!

We owe outcomes that we deserve to Vertus and to ourselves. We’re long past the time right for answering the diseases of such as David Rockefeller and Bill Gates III with creation of our own story. 2023! Our century!
