The Biden & Trump Evil Clown-Show Redux
All We Have to Do is Step Away and Share our Boundless Creativity, Tools and Wealth
March 13, 2024
Early March of this United States Presidential Election year, the Associated Press and the National Opinion Research Center (NORC) of the University of Chicago released a Poll that showed a majority of U.S. voters doubted the mental capacities of both Joe Biden and Donald Trump to serve as the Nation’s President.
‘A poll finds that a significant share of U.S. adults doubt the mental capabilities of 81-year-old President Joe Biden and 77-year-old Donald Trump [ …]
More than 6 in 10 (63%) say they’re not very or not at all confident in Biden’s mental capability to serve effectively as president […] A similar but slightly smaller share (57%) say that Trump lacks the memory and acuity for the job. (1)
Has there ever been a more ludicrous reality in U.S. Presidential politics? Ever such a nominal ‘race’ and a such Farce of supposedly Representative Democracy? Ever such a pair of ‘Major Party’, Republican versus Democrat, Red-Tie versus Blue-Tie candidates to ‘contest’ the supposed ‘Red States’ and ‘Blue States’ of our ‘America’?
The very light print in the screen-shot of the AP/NORC Poll, above, tells that its resulted are based on interviews with 1.102 adults conducted on February 22-26, 2024.
The results register a huge consensus of general dissatisfaction with the Major Party=choices offered. Democrats distrust Trump 89% and Republicans distrust Biden 91%, restating the Blue versus Red divisions that Big Corporate Media and Rockefeller-funded Academia have played up since the Obama Administration in particular. ‘Independents’ are in Majority in their distrust of both’s ‘mental capacity to serve effectively as President’. 80% of ‘Independents’ doubt (not trust) in Biden and 56% doubt in Trump.
What this March 2024 Poll from the most Corporate of sources (AP and University of Chicago) shows is that a large majority in the U.S. wish for better choices than the Major Parties’ candidates. Both Parties’ ‘Debates’ over the past year have been missing Biden or Trump. Each has not had tests in Debate this past year of his proclivity to mis-state, overstate, or evade, as in 2020. Each has not had to expose himself as a Bad Actor in Worse Theater, such as their ‘final presidential debate, moderated by Kirsten Welker on October 22, 2020, richly revealed.
Then:
‘The Candiates Missing Compassion As Well As Courtesy
Both Donald Trump and Joe Biden interrupted Kristen Welker often. The 74-year-old White multi-millionaire and the 78-year-old White multi-millionaire spoke over their moderator as if from habit. They also ignored her questions' purpose to shift elsewhere somehow. While seldom pointing to specifics, they were most animated in attacks on each other’s “corruption” and “character” and “record." Their blunt and blockish beratings of personal failures and suggested crimes left crucial issues untouched.
The two were aged egos flailing. Neither moved from their scripts. Neither registered a moment of credible care for the suffering people they’re supposed to represent.’ (2)
The ‘Contest’ of Biden-versus-Trump Again is a further betrayal of Democracy for the American people … More of the same Bad Actors for Hideous/Ludicrous Theatersuch as we’ve especially suffered since Year 2000 and Bush-versus-Gore, a Tale told through Hanging. Chads … More of the same Dividing Blue-versus-Red, Red-versus-White, and White-versus-Black-and-Brown Game such has been played since 1972 to distract we Working-Class and Middle-Class People from our steady losses in actual income, in consequent power, and in freedoms … while our increasing productivity gains times more wealth for the ‘Top 1%’ and, above all, the ‘Top .01%’.
The Top 1% and Top .01% in the USA, 1913 to 2013
The uppermost echelon of the U.S. economy, the 1% to .01%, owned their least Shares of the economy between 1953 and 1975. These Ruling Few regained in the Carter, Clinton, and Bush II Administrations. They began to sharply regain in the Obama Ad.
Public Debt in the USA, 1990 to 2018
Productivity by the U.S. Middle-Class More than Doubles, 1980 to 2010
Public Debt in the United States grew about $5 trillion between “ ‘9/11’ “ and 2008 under Republican Bush II. It rose a further $10 trillion under the Democrat Obama Ad. It rose about $2 trillion under the ‘Drain-the-Swamp” Trump Ad. In March. In March 2018 Marketwatch.com remarked that the ‘Latest 1 trillion. jump. took about six months.’ (5)
Productivity by the United States’ middle-class of workers increased sharply under the Reagan and Bush I Administrations—and increased even more steeply and impressively during the Clinton, Bush II, and Obama Ads. A total increase of about 200%! Good workers! Good tools through technology! But ‘Real Median Family Income’—the Dollars earned and brought home to families—grew a mere 25% or so—much less than these families’ increase in cost-of=living. (6)
My FllppingtheScript post on the WeAreRevolutions website, ‘The Great Majoirty in the USA Want Justice’, writes.
‘Such unequal distribution of wealth has seeded revolutions and civil wars throughout history.
Inequality in wealth is especially affecting Blacks and Latinos in the U.S. Their level of accredited education hardly matters. Black and Latino families ‘headed by college graduates’ have lost wealth in huge disproportions over the past quarter-century. Glen Ford in the Black Agenda Report cites a study by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis in 2015 which found that Black families with college-graduates as their heads lost 56% of their wealth between 1992 and 2013, while their Latino counterparts lost 72%. In contrast, families headed by White college graduates gained an average of 86% in wealth between 1989 and 2013 and their Asian counterparts gained an average of 89%.
Violent Crime Falls—But Incareration Rises
‘At the same time, all rates of ‘crime’ and ‘violent crime’ are at their lowest levels in 40 years, according to the FBI, (20), while incarceration of all in the U.S. has grown four-fold since 1980 and twelve-fold for ‘drug-offenders’ since 1980. For Blacks and Latinos the respective increases in incarceration are even larger—comparable to their respective losses in income over the past 35 years.’ (7)
You may see why we’re given the Biden & Trump Clown-Show to divide and distract us. You may see why these. ‘Leaders’ fail in 2024 to engage in realities of pressing concern to us in the U.S., just as they failed to engage in their Aged Rassler ‘Debates’ of 2020.
Nothing from them about our Public Debt. Nothing from them about the losses to hundreds of millions workers’ Real Income, while those workers’ Productivity more than doubles. Nothing from them in praise of Violent Crime falling. Nothing from their past and present Democrat and Republican Administrations—Biden in the Federal Government from the early 1970s onward, Trump the Republican “decider” from 2016 to 2020—to address hundreds of millions Workers’ losses to the top 1% and top .01% tripling their income from the trillions of Dollars generated by our economy.
Nothing from them the Big Lies and Mass Suffering furthered by their responses to “ ‘COVID-19’ “ the disease and its ‘vaccines.’
Trump & Biden are among the 1% who serve the .01% who now flounder among the World Economic Forum’s 100 Strategic Partners and Board of Trustees. They’re all in their Offices blocks to the general Prosperity so imminently possible from tools of technology that we of the Working and Middle Classes have invented. We Masses’ strengths, our productivity in food and communication, our diminishing racism and violence, our access to instant unity, the Ruling Few most fear.
They have no more imagination and fellow-feeling than to offer us another Round of the Biden & Trump Clown-Shop. The B & T Clown-Show, or T & B Clown-Show , is Evil not only due to its Absurdly Bad Actors, but a Clown-Show most Evil because its Stagnancy, the Rot and Insanity that root this Show’s Pupper-Masters, would keep us from our inevitable uniting and growing.
All we have to do is step away, link arms, leave the supranational Banks, and share our boundless creativity and wealth.
