An Answer Piece to Sage Hana's 'Totalitarianism in Texas' of June 13, 2023

On June 13, 2023, the industrious and insightful and innovative Sage Hana of Substack told us about a new dictate from the Disrupt Managagement team to their tenants in the Array Apartments complex of Austin, Texas.

The Distrupt Property Managers posted about the Array complex their Notice of a new ‘curfew’. The ‘curfew’ required each Resident to not step outside his or her home between 10:00 at night and 5:00 in the morning.

‘During this period, it is mandatory for all residents to remain indoors and restrict their movements outside their homes, excerpt for emergencies and authorized activies.’

Achtung! Disrupt Management, Sage Hana showed us, is, don’t-you-just-know-it, ‘A Results-Driven Company with Technology in Our DNA.’

Further Disrupt language literally copied Mandates and Lockdowns of our past 40 months of illness-making Pretexts under COVIDopia (Some call it: COVID-Dope-Ya). ‘Compliance … cooperate with law enforcement personnel and follow their instructions … a necessary step to safeguard the health and security of our community.’

Full text: ‘Compliance with authorities: It is crucial to cooperate with law enforcement personnel and follow their instructions during the curfew period […. ] We understand that adhering to the curfew may pose challenges and inconvenience, but it is a necessary step to safeguard the health and security of our community.’

Yes, it all sounds like a joke. a Prank, a parody … but it’s a real enough for Austin’s TV-station KVUE to report on this, uh, development. ‘The notice said the curfew is due to security concerns and potential public health and safety concerns, but there isn't a specific reason given.’

KVUE reached out to the leasing office seeking comment but was given none. KVUE also attempted to reach the property manager by phone, but the line wasn't active.’

Sage Hana wrote:

‘Gosh, do you think much of this was normalized with lockdowns? You know, for the COVID EMERGENCY OF 2020-FOREVER […..]

The City of Austin can put you on house arrest. Forget “DISRUPT Management” and their overreach.

Leave it up to the City of Austin to employ the necessary steps to limit your freedoms [….]

And I would love to not tell you that this is all part of a consistent logical pattern of escalation…of squeeze and release…but it is.’

Sage’s piece reminded me of a ‘Public/Private Partnership’ noted in my first post about “ ‘COVID-19’ “ on the Flipping the Script blog of the We Are Revolutions website. On March 18, 2020, one week after the United Nations’ WHO declared the new Coronavirus a ‘Global Pandemic’, I looked at how the Bill Gates-funded ID-2020 Alliance had entered into City Government of Austin, Texas.

(You may know that this City’s Armadillo Ballroom-era slogan, ‘Keep Austin Weird’, is now supplanted by the mission to ‘Keep Austin Wired.’)

The ‘Never Fear What We Can Defeat’ piece of March 18, 2020 piece wrote.

‘Last September 19 the ID2020 Alliance held 'a summit' in New York City…. Partners in the ID2020 Alliance are the Rockefeller Foundation, Microsoft, and the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI). The Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization began in 1999 with $750 million in 'Seed Money' from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation….  The ID2020 'summit' this past September [of 2019] announced that ID2020 and GAVI were funding vaccinations-with-identity-chips for the public in Bangladesh and for homeless in Austin, Texas.’

Six months later in 2020, October 28, a scant two weeks before ‘Operation Warp Speed’ delivered to us the very special ‘vaccines’ whose effects’ havoc mount, still, in 2023, another Flipping the Script post let me look more into how the Benefits of a Compassionate Digital Identity (a CDI, or our CDI, you might say, to raise your Social Credit Score ) had found those who were also compelled to sleep outdoors in Austin, Texas.

I wrote then about Bill Gates, Adolf Hitler, IBM, and the ID2020 Alliance.

‘In 2016 the BMGF and the Gavi were main funders of the emergence of the ID2020Alliance.

The newcomer Alliance’s stated 'overview' is:

'The ID2020 Alliance is setting the course of digital ID ... ID2020 is coordinating funding for identity and channeling those funds toward high-impact projects, enabling diverse stakeholders - UN agencies, NGOs, governments, and enterprises - to pursue a coordinated approach that creates a pathway for efficient and responsible implementation at scale.' (36)

In 2018, on ‘World Heatth Day’, the ID2020 Alliance announced prospects for itself. Its boldly stated intrent was 'Immunization: an entry point for digital identity'.

It foresaw a natural ‘pathway' for its invasion: 'Because immunization is conducted in infancy, providing children with a digital child health card would give them a unique, portable digital identity early in life....' (37)

And so, and so, … On September 20, 2019 the online publication biometricupdate.com reported from the ID2020 Alliance's 'Summit' in New York City. (38)

Chris Burt’s article treated us to some Marvelously Transparent Demonstrations of Hypocrisy and Manipulations of Language, equal to phrases from the Colonizers Financiers exposed by Dickens, Thackeray and Balzac. Burt wrote.

'Gavi CEO Seth Berkley says that 89 percent of children and adolescents who do not have identification live in countries where the organization is active. “We are enthusiastic about the potential impact of this program not just in Bangladesh, but as something we can replicate across Gavi-eligible countries, providing a viable route to closing the identity gap,” he says.'

Ah, ‘the identity gap’! We may imagine the destitute millions of Continents and Sub-Continents who fail to sleep due to hungry worries about ‘closing the identity gap.’

Homeless of Austin, Texas and Berkeley—many of them Veterans of Wars for oil during the Administrations of George Bush 1 and George Bush 2—would not be left out of the Universal Embrace. They, too, through the powers of ‘a blockchain-enabled digital identity platform called MyPass …’ might have ‘their own identity data.’ To wit—

'ID2020 also announced new partnerships and provided progress reports on initiatives launched last year. Since last year’s summit, the ID2020 Alliance has been joined by the City of Austin, UC Berkeley’s CITRIS Policy Lab and Care USA.

The City of Austin, ID2020, and several other partners are working together with homeless people and the service providers who engage with them to develop a blockchain-enabled digital identity platform called MyPass to empower homeless people with their own identity data.' (39)

And, yes, dear Sage Hana and her many, many astute, concerned and justly rebellious readers: ‘Technology in Our Veins’ might mean the end of any need for Curfews.
