Those were simpler times, 2001 and 2002. When our enemies were starker and choices starker, too. “Homeland Security” and “He’s A George W.” came to me in the year following “ ‘9/11’ “.

I recorded them first with Terbo Ted in his share of a Compound in West Oakland, CA, across the Bay Bridge from my flat in North Beach, and issued them on a 5-track EP that included “Crack/War Goin’ On” and “My Old Man” and “Like A Hammer Blown” from 1989-1990. The E.P.’s title was Songs From The Bush Reich.

Yes, simpler times.

Evidence that was source for supposing orders to “implant that Chip” and “take those Shots” arose in part from writing about “ ‘9/11’ “. The “ ‘anthrax scare’ “ of September and October 2001 led to my fifth post 9/11/01 column for the San Francisco Bay View, ‘Fourth Reich Rising: Bombs, Oil, Drugs and Banks’ (available on pages 28 to 31 of The World Is Turning book on the Ur1Light.com website here). In November of 2002 the U.S. Congress appoved Section 304 of the Homeland Security Bill. Said Section lets the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services declare ‘that an actual or potential bioterrorist or an actual or potential public health emergecy makes advisable the administration of a covered countermeasure’ blah-blah et cetera. That Section 304 of late 2002 enabled the U.S. to order forced vaccination of any designated population within our Borders seemed important enough for inclusion on the inside front-cover of my 2005 book To Prevent the Next “ ‘9/11’ “.
