Fauci, Pelosi, CNN, the WEF, et cetera: The first four months of COVID Lies

Knowing the recent past may help our immediate future. September 2022, we may want to look back on how Dr. Anthony Fauci, Nancy Pelosi, Big Media such as CNN, the BBC and New York Times, AND President Donald Trump set up people of the United States and Europe for needless suffering and death, between January and April 2020, from the disease we then came to know as COVID-19. All of the above players seem now to have taken their cues from the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting in Davos, January 21-24, 2020.

DR. ANTHONY FAUCI FRONT AND CENTER, AS APPOINTED AND APPROVED BY DONALD TRUMP

Dr. Anthony Fauci, 79, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since 1984, has been lead spokesperson for the White House Coronavirus Task Force in press-briefings since March 10.

Dr. Fauci's roles in alignment with actions by President Donald Trump make for an exactly coincidental timeline. Fauci and nine others were named to the White House Task Force by Donald Trump on January 29. The following day,  the United Nations' World Health Organization, the WHO, declared the coronavirus named novel in 2019, SARS-CoV-2,  to be a 'Public Health Emergency of International Concern'.

The World Economic Forum was already concerned. On January 24, as part of its Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland, the WEF issued this prescient headline of Problem-AND-Solution. Problem was ‘the Wuhan coronavirus’. Solution was: ‘urgent plans’. Solution was: ‘to develop a vaccine’.

Donald Trump, Head-of-State Angela Merkel of Germany, Christine Lagarde of the European Central Bank, aeronautical engineer Winnie Byanyima of Uganda and the United Nations, actress and activist Deepika Padukone of India, and Greta Thunberg, then 17, ‘Climate and Environmental Activist’, were Speakers at this WEF Annual Meeting.

The WEF and the WHO both have their headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, along with ‘22 commercial and investment banks, 1 private banker, and 51 foreign-owned banks…. 572 independent financial advisors, more than 800 financial intermediaries, 282 insurance companies, 950 accounting firms, and more than 500 lawyers and notaries.’

On January 31, 2020, the day after the WHO declared the WEF-named ‘Wuhan Coronavirus’ a ‘Public Health Emergency of International Concern’, the Trump Administration declared a national Health Emergency and banned travelers from mainland China to the U.S.

Since February 1, the White House Task Force has grown to 23 members. The latest addition is Caitlin Pedati, an epidemiologist who's Medical Director for the State of Iowa on May 7.

Early and always, however, in 2020, Dr. Fauci has been front and center of Official Pronouncements in the United States regarding the novel Coronavirus … that the World Health Organization named 'COVID-19' on Feburary 11.

Let's now review Dr. Fauci's record of public advice. We can then gauge the horrific amounts of damage he's done to public health in the United States and round the world.

THE FAUCI TIMELINE OF WRONG AND CONTRADICTORY INFORMATION

On JANUARY 26, 2020, Dr. Fauci is interviewed by John Catsimatidis and Greg Kelley of the Newsmax platforms. Fauci tells these broadcasters that the evidently lethal Coronavirus--which then appears to be exponentially multiplying its Cases and Deaths in Wuhan City and Hubei Province of mainland China--poses  "a very, very low risk to United States."

See him here with Greg Kelley. Hear him at 3:20 of the interview with John Catsimatidis. Fauci says: “It isn't something that the American people need to be frightened about."

Most remarkably, perhaps, Dr. Fauci also introduces a 'vaccine' from his National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases as a prospect for this novel Coronavirus ... that "the American people" need not be "frightened about."

Thus Dr. Fauci on January 26: 'A NIAID vaccine for the coronavirus would be about three months away from being ready to test on humans, according to Fauci.'

So: a 'vaccine' was then raised by Fauci into play for the public and for President Donald Trump. The WEF’s ‘urgent plans’ of January 24 are affirmed.

Going forward…. On FEBRUARY 11, the United Nations World Health Organization names the new Coronavirus COVID-19.

On FEBRUARY 29, Dr. Fauci is interviewed on NBC's Weekend TODAY.

Fauci tells the United States' public that "you don't need to change anything you do on a day-to-day basis.” He adds the nonsensically obvious proviso: “The risk is still low, but this could change."

Five days earlier, FEBRUARY 24, Fauci's reassurances received both prelude and echo from the Speaker of the United States' House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi. 

Pelosi, herself then 79, too, walks and lunches in San Francisco's Chinatown to allay apprehension among her constituents.

The Publicly funded TV and radio outlset KQED reports: 'House Speaker Nancy Pelosi took a walking tour of San Francisco's Chinatown on Monday as part of an effort to calm fears around the coronavirus, or COVID-19 as it has now been named. Pelosi addressed concerns about tourism and reassured the public that the risk of contracting the coronavirus remains low in the U.S., adding that she thinks the fear is "unwarranted in light of the precautions that are being taken here in the United States."

"I have confidence in Dr. Fauci at the National Institutes of Health, who has further confidence in what we're doing," Pelosi said.'

Thus, you may note, Pelosi manages a Double-Plus-Good trick of reassurance. "I have confidence in Dr. Fauci at the National Institutes of Health, who has further confidence in what we're doing,"

Confidence upon confidence may build … Confidence … and remind you of Herman Melville and Thomas Mann and their short novels about professional frauds.

Four weeks later, MARCH 29, 2020, Nancy Pelosi is interviewed on CNN  by --State of the Union-- host Jake Tapper. Pelosi blames Donald Trump as source for the seeming COVID chaos.

The 51-year-old Tapper asks Ms. Pelosi as regards President Donald Trump and the reportedly explosive spike in both Cases and Deaths from COVID-19 in several U. S. States and Cities: ‘ “Are you saying [Trump's] downplaying ultimately cost American lives?" ‘

Pelosi home-runs this softball. She responds with a solid affirmation of the words put into her mouth:  “Yes, I am saying that.”

Two weeks later, April 12, Jake Tapper interviews Dr. Anthony Fauci. Again the faces on screens are suitably somber and positively concerned.

Jake Tapper says: “The New York Times reported yesterday that you and other top officials wanted to recommend social and other physical distancing guidelines to President Trump as far back as the third week of February, but the Administration didn’t announce such guidelines till March 16. Why?”

(We may note here with properly enlarged emphasis that "the third week of February" PRECEDES Fauci's CNN interview on February 29.)

Dr. Fauci responds on April 12  with the evasive untruth that his purview must be from “a pure health standpoint” and that he can only make “make recommendations" to the President.

Fauci then further blames Trump. The Doctor explains that "logically” and “obviously ... starting mitigation earlier would have saved lives.” He says, however, “there was a lot of pushback against shutting things down back then.”

Thus Fauci implies that he'd recognized COVID-19 as a big threat (though a "low risk") "back then" ... the "third week of February", and had accordingly advised Donald Trump toward “earlier mitigation” and a preventive “shutdown.”

The next day, April 13, the BBC chimes in with a faithful, reductive Echoing of Echoes. The BBC, CNN, and the New York Times so often run as a team with their reports that they might be thought Reined Deer, as their massive funding from Bill Gates might predict. The BBC's Echoes-of-Echoes headline further thrusts responsibility and blame onto Donald Trump:

Neither CNN, the BBC, or Dr. Fauci refer to his late January and late February advice to the American people that "you do not need to change anything you do on a day-to-day basis."
