GATES G.A.R.S. 2015 (‘Global Alert & Response System’

Bill Gates has talked since 2015 about “the need” for a supranational force of professionals who can “intervene” in all Nations that are served by the World Health Organization.

His name for a such a force in 2015 was a ‘Global Alert Response System’, or G. A. R. S. His name for it in 2022 was Global Emergency Response and Mobilization, or G.E.R.M.

Yes, Gates has a gift for awkward but threatening acronyms. His supranational force, imagined by him as a ‘Team’ of 3000 (equal to three Batallions), is exactly what may ensue if WHO executives are able to pass their new, proposed International Health Regulations next month, May of 2024.

Bill Gates in 2015 used two of his favorite platforms, T. E. D. (‘Talks’ under the amorphous umbrella of ‘Technology, Entertainment, Development’) and the World Economic Forum (W. E. F.) to pitch for the force he then named GARS.

Gates’ alide at TED told us ‘WHAT WE NEED’.

Gates’ imaginings were expressly military then. He said in his 2015 TED Talk that ‘the best lessons on how to get prepared’ are ‘what we do for war.’

Earlier that year he’d invoked NATO and its Special Forces in greater detail at the WEF’s Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland.

'Armies have systems for recruiting, training and equipping soldiers. NATO has a mobile unit that is ready to deploy quickly. Although the system isn’t perfect, NATO members do joint exercises where they work out logistics like how troops will get food and what language they will use to communicate.

Few if any of these approaches exist for an epidemic response. The world does not fund any organization (not even the W.H.O.) to coordinate all the activities needed to stop an epidemic. In short, in a battle against a severe epidemic, we would be taking a knife to a bazooka fight." ' (2)

By 2015 Gates and his Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation were already charged with causing tens of thousands of deaths and injuries in Africa and India through ‘vaccines’ for the Human Papilloma Virus and Polio. (3)

By 2017 the ‘Next Epidemic’ had become ‘THE NEXT GREAT EPIDEMIC’ over the platform that CBS News offered Gates.

Gates had then a solution … into which he and Dr. Anthony Fauci and the United States’ National Institutes of Health already were invested. These ‘novel’ remedies were “the RNA/DNA vaccines” that “you can get into manufacturing quite rapidly.”

That is, we know now, the mRNA (meseengerRNA) ‘vaccines’ produced by Pfizer and Moderna into more than 13 billion doses since 2020 … The mRNA ‘vaccines’ that have caused tens of millions of injuries and deaths and amassed hundreds billions in Profits since ‘Operation Warp Speed’ sold them to the United States and other NATO Nations.

Gates spoke in 2017 to CBS News ’ host Vladimir Duthiers from another WEF Annual Meeting in Davos. He explained:

The idea is to take a new way of building vaccines that can let us develop in less than a year a novel vaccine, called the DNA/RNA vaccines ... You can get into manufacturing quite rapidly."

We may glimpse the many hundreds of billions Dollars accrued to Bill Gates and fellow billionaires of ‘Big Tech’ between March 5, 2020 and March 5, 2021, as ‘Lockdowns’ and ‘Mandates’ as well as ‘Vaccines’ rendered them Profits equal exactly to billions of people’s suffering. (4)

GERM is an acronym, alright, and it’s as labored and puerile and fantasy-fueled as Gates’ Global Alert Response System, or GARS, of 2015. GERM means, you’ve seen above, Global Emergency Response Mobilization. I

Gates’ GERM of Spring 2022 has grown specifics, following our two years of public suffering from ‘COVID-19’ and advertised ‘vaccines.’ At TED’s ‘New Era’ gathering in Vancouver, BC on April 12, 2022, Gates proposed GERM as a more-than-1-billion-per-year operation that would involve at least 3000 specially trained professionals. “ ‘'The cost of this team is significant. It's over a billion a year to support the 3,000 people who would be on this team.’ “

Such a team’ would thus be able to deploy at the strength of multiple Companies. It would hold the numbers of at least three Batallions, if Batallion is counted at 1000.

“ ‘And its mission is to stop outbreaks before they become pandemics. The work would be coordinated by the WHO. They'd be present in many locations around the world, stationed in public health agencies. They'd work closely with the national teams, depending on the income level. They'd have more in the lower-income countries....' “

Thus, the Team ‘in the lower-income countries’ would be ‘more’ so as more enforce the compliance that was so lacking among African nationalities who refused ‘vaccines’ for COVID-19 … African nationalities who escaped the diseasee with MORE THAN. 10 times LESS in deaths and injuries. Bill Gates and Helen Walters of TED exchanged words of encouragement at the April 2022 'New Era' showcase in British Columbia.

Walters invites Gates to swing with her facilitating softball: The interviewer asks: " ... who's running this, how does this work, how do we make this happen?"

Gates replies that "this" can happen through a resolution at the WHO's 'World Health Assembly' the following month, May of 2022 .

He executes a characteristic, nonsensical sidetrack that’s favorable to him --to World War II and the United Nations--and then re-affirms with the confidence of one who's always won or bought his way: "I'd be stunned if we don't go forward with something pretty close to what I'm laying out there."

‘On May 24, 2022 at the 75th World Health Assembly of the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland, 47 Nations of the African Union stood as one in opposing a 'Pandemic Treaty' that would have expanded the WHO's 17-year-old International Health Regulations. Last January the United States' Biden Administration proposed 13 Amendments to the IHR. These 13 changes would grant the WHO's Director General far more power to dictate Nations' responses to Emergencies and Pandemics that the Director General declares. Before, during and after the 75th World Health Assembly, African Nations rejected further invasion by the WHO's 'legally binding' IHR.’

The ‘Asante, Africa’ piece goes on to note that Bill Gates is ‘by vast measures’ the largest private donor into the WHO.

Bill Gates is perceived as ‘evil’ by thousands—and probably millions—of the people who view him online. For instance, the screen-shot below from Comments about his pitching through CBS News “RNA/DNA vaccines” to ‘FIGHT THE NEXT GREAT EPIDEMIC’ at the WEF’s Annual Meeting at Davos in 2017.

Evil, we know, may be resourceful as a completely advantaged ‘entrepreneur’ such as Bill Gates. Evil with the power to print or otherwise generate funding (akin to the power held by the privately owned Central Bank of almost every Nation on Earth) can afford to be untiring with every means or track it may devise.

By May of 2023 the WEF was tireless, too, in its misrepresenting realities and likelihoods. Note that the WEFs collaborfator. in this update is Reuters.

The WEF/Reuters piece states:

‘Negotiations on new rules for dealing with pandemics are underway at the World Health Organization (WHO), with a target date of May 2024 for a legally binding agreement to be adopted by the U.N. health agency's 194 member countries.,…

For the new more wide-reaching pandemic accord, member states have agreed that it should be legally binding for those who sign up, overcoming early reservations from the United States.’ (7)

The WHO itself presented a confident, forward face last month, March 28.

The WHO-speak continued.

“Our Member States are fully aware of how important the pandemic agreement is for protecting future generations from the suffering we endured through the COVID-19 pandemic,” said WHO Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. “I thank them for their clear commitment to finding common ground and finalizing this historic agreement in time for the World Health Assembly.”

Next month’s resumption of INB9 will be a critical milestone ahead of the Seventy-seventh World Health Assembly, starting 27 May 2024, at which Member States are scheduled to consider the proposed text of the world’s first pandemic agreement for adoption.’

Legislators in North America have been observing and questioning.

One is Leslyn Lewis, a Member of Canada’s Parliament since 2021. Born in Jamaica, an attorney and a Conservative, Lewis represents the 91%-White holding of

“A new accord could promote political commitment at the highest level, through ensuring an all-of-government and whole-of-society approach within countries, and sustained and sufficient political and financial investment within and among countries.”[1] 

Thus, we see above: a whole lot of vacuous verbiage that purports Well-Being for All. A whole lot of WEF-ige. A whole lot of WHO-hooey.

In other words, a whole lot of WEF-Speak, transposed into WHO-Hooey.

Equity, solidarity, and health for all …led, as in only right and natural in a ‘Digital Future’ of Swiss-based finance and technology, by Bill Gates’ needles-wielding G.E.R.M.

Leslyn Lewis then interprets content of the ‘Pandemic Treaty’.

‘As proposed, a legally binding treaty would see power given to the WHO to direct the global health management of pandemics. The treaty will define and classify what is to be considered a pandemic. Once a pandemic is declared, the WHO would require countries to adopt specific response measures. The working draft of the treaty also proposes a reporting requirement to the WHO and advises that there should be a “global peer review mechanism to assess national, regional and global preparedness capacities and gaps.” ‘

An organization that began in Malaysia in 1977, Aliran, has also weighed in on the WHO’s moves for supranatonal, unilateral power over people’s health. Aliran means flow or stream in the Malay language.

Aliran writes: ‘The World Health Organization (WHO) is working on two international legal instruments, namely a pandemic treaty and amendments to the existing International Health Regulations (2005) (IHR).

Both these international legal instruments will expand the powers of the WHO to declare pandemics and authorise the manner in which governments shall respond to them. It will establish a global biosecurity architecture involving health surveillance, reporting and management, and the public will have no say in the matter.’ (9)

May 27, 2024—and the weeks that now lead up to this next gathering of the World Health Assembly—can be a Rousing Defeat of WEF-Dom and its Vassal Agency, the United Nations’ World Health Organization, and the WEF’s and the WHO’s leading funder and profiteer, Bill Gates.

The WEF, the WHO, and Gates have no just basis for their ongoing devices to increase their powers over Public Health. They have each and all MONSTROUSLY FAILED Public Health on every Continent since the first three months of 2020, when the. WEF and the WHO declared the disease soon named COVID-19 a Global Health Emergency and then a Pandemic.

On March 29, 2024, the State of Louisiana’s Senate—made up of 11 Democrats and 28 Republicans, five women and 34 men, 10 Blacks and 29 Whites—voted 37-0 for a Bill sponsored by Thomas Presley of a District near Huey Long’s home of Shreveport. This would be new Law for Louisiana states:  “The World Health Organization, United Nations, and the World Economic Forum shall have no jurisdiction or power within the state of Louisiana.”

And: “No rule, regulation, fee, tax, policy, or mandate of any kind of the World Health Organization, United Nations, and the World Economic Forum shall be enforced or implemented by the state of Louisiana or any agency, department, board, commission, political subdivision, governmental entity of the state, parish, municipality, or any other political entity.”
